Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress

I was invited by RLB to join a panel discussion for International Women's Day where the topic was investing in women to accelerate progress.

I was keen to emphasise that in the UK workplace a key focus needs to be on changing the culture and it needs male allies to stand up and voice their support.
