We are 7!

When I founded Constructing Rainbows, my goal was to support a wide range of businesses in creating more inclusive environments within the industry I love. Over the past 7 years, I’m proud to have witnessed significant progress in our sector, especially among the businesses I’ve collaborated with. One of the greatest rewards has been seeing the personal growth of individuals I’ve worked alongside too.

Entrepreneurship is never easy—I took the leap, and it’s been a true rollercoaster. Working solo has challenged my mental health at times, but the support of incredible clients, many of whom have become dear friends, has kept me moving forward.

Now, with Emma joining the team, I’m excited for this next chapter and the opportunities the next 7 years will bring.
