Conference panel discussions - improving diversity

Such a great afternoon shared with some really inspirational people from the built environment sector. 

The roundtable’s initial focus was on how to attract diverse panelists at events and conferences, but quickly became a much broader discussion about what the purpose of panels were, and whether they were keeping audiences captivated. 

Working with UKREiiF on this subject, we’re always looking to learn from good (and bad) experiences, with the aim of making improvements across the sector.
