Christmas Party season with a difference

It's Christmas party season! 🎄🎉⛄ 

Love them or hate them, many of you will be invited to a Christmas party over the next few weeks.

This is often a time when people let their hair down, have a few drinks and party with their colleagues.

This also makes it a high risk area for sexual harassment.

But this year is different. This year employers should have done a risk assessment and incorporated preventative measures to avoid sexual harassment at the Christmas party, and in any working environment.
