Allyship and Privilege at Sheffield Property Association

Emma was in Sheffield today delivering a really engaging session with the brilliant folk at the Sheffield Property Association on Allyship and Privilege, where we explored how we can all play a role in creating more inclusive workplaces and communities.

Through thought-provoking discussions, we examined the impact of privilege, the importance of active allyship, and practical steps we can take to support underrepresented voices. It was fantastic to see such openness and engagement from everyone in the room—these conversations are vital in driving real change.
